Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

All orders received before1300 will be dispatched the same day.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FOR UK MAINLAND:

Evri Standard Delivery

For UK Mainland customers we offer free Evri Standard delivery service on Orders over £40. For orders below £40 customers will still receive Evri Standard Delivery service, however, there will be a charge of £3.29 to cover delivery costs. This service provides delivery in 2-4 business days.

Evri Next Day Delivery

For UK Mainland Customers we have an option of Evri Next Day delivery service on all orders for a charge of £3.99. This service provides delivery in 1-2 business days.

FOR NORTHERN IRELAND:

Royal Mail Tracked 48

For customers located in Northern Ireland we offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service on Orders over £40. For orders below £40 customers will still receive Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service, however, there will be a charge of £3.45 to cover delivery costs. This service provides delivery in 2-4 business days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

For customers located in Northern Ireland we have an option of Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service on all orders for a charge of £4.29. This service provides delivery in 1-2 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from the courier with a tracking number and a link to the relevant website.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
